 L. Paul Cline, formerly managing partner with Tom James Company of Greenville, formed Refined Homes, Incorporated in 2003. Mr. Cline's vision for a cutting edge company came out of a desire to provide EXCELLENT SERVICE and an EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT, DESIGN-BUILT for the consumer of today.
